Doug Bulmer is the VP of Engineering & Design at Miraco, Inc and is responsible for all aspects of product design from conception to completion. Built on the foundation of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from UMass - Lowell and a passion for design, he brings a wide array of skills to the table from integration of both mechanical and electrical design requirements, to manufacturing process development, and custom tooling & equipment design. He has a knack for problem solving and with over 25 years of industry experience, including 22 years with Miraco, he isn't afraid to take on a challenging project.
Outside of work you're more likely to find him covered in sawdust and neck deep in a home renovation or custom woodworking project.
Jason Michaud is a lifelong NH native and has been with Miraco for over 20 years in various roles from Customer Service, Purchasing, Vice President of Operations and now as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Outside of Miraco, he enjoys time with friends and family, umpiring for local baseball leagues, and working on vehicles, particularly Ford Mustangs (as long as it’s by choice)!
William Pfingston joined Miraco, Inc. February 2013 as the Quality Manager. Prior to Miraco, Bill spent 14 years in Operations / Supply Chain Management, focusing heavily on medical implantation devices. He became very intimate and a certified auditor to both the 9001 and 13485 ISO standards. In June of 2018 Bill took over Operations at Miraco ensuring quality, efficiency, traceability and communication were driving factors for success at Miraco.
After serving a combined 7 1⁄2 years in the USMC and USAR, Bill earned a degree in Science; Machine Tool Technology from NHCTC. Some of the IPC Committees Bill is a member of include: 5-22A J-STD-001 Task Force, 5-33G Low Pressure Molding Task Force, 7-12 Microsection Subcommittee, 7-31B IPC-A-610 Task Force, 7-31F IPC WHMA-A-620 Task Group & D-12 Flexible Circuits Specifications Subcommittee. Bill is a former IPC-A-600 CIT, current ISO 9001:2015 certified auditor and has been issued a Distinguished Committee Service Award for his contributions to the 5-33G task group.
Outside of Miraco, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, and anything outdoors during the summer months. Bill despises winter.
Phil is the Account Manager of FPC & Wire Harness Sales at Miraco, Inc. From 2004 to present, Phil has performed various positions & duties including; Customer Service, Quote Processing, Order Entry / Tracking, Inside & Outside Sales.
Phil's industry experience includes 41 years in FPC Manufacturing, Engineering, Costing and Sales with Advanced Circuit Technology (ACT).
Phil graduated Alvirne High School with honors, attended Nashua Technical College, Dupont's Training Program, and ACT Training Programs.
A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Phil spends his free time outdoors, playing volleyball, skiing, and hanging out with his wife, grandkids & family. And he's a huge Patriot & Celtics fan!
Ryan Sibley is a Product Specialist at Miraco, Inc. and has been part of the Miraco team since 2001.
Ryan's experience includes quality management, ISO compliance, and CAD/CAM.
Outside of Miraco, Ryan enjoys camping, hiking, and pro sports.
