SEPTEMBER 2017: Miraco North and Miraco South are ISO-9001:2015 Certified!
Miraco, Inc. Now Certified to ISO 9001:2015

Miraco, Inc. is excited to announce it is officially certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Certificate: C2015-02071-R2). Both Miraco South (Tijuana, Mexico) and Miraco North (Manchester, NH) facilities were part of the 1 ½ day onsite audits. These in-depth audits evaluated Miracos QMS against the new ISO standard. Documentation was analyzed, employees were questioned and processes were verified, after the dust settled Miraco was found to have a robust system which was implemented, effective and in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

When asked about the audit outcome, Miraco, Inc. President David Bouley stated: “Excited? Yes. Surprised? No. Since the day we decided to take this step forward, we committed to ourselves and to our customers that this was and would always be an all-hands on-going effort. Evidence of this can be seen from Miracos top down commitment. We believe there is only one way to properly run a company; the right way. We do not believe in shortcuts or less than 100 percent effort. I want to thank all Miraco employees for embracing the Miraco ‘customer first’ mindset.”
